TRAVEL SHOOT BOOKING FORM

I commonly travel and am happy to do so with the understanding that all cost are covered by the client including airfare, hotel, ground transportation, food, guides, etc on the "Client Booking" trips. On "Self Booking" travel shoots, I will require a 50% deposit, plus the full cost for hotel and airfare before securing the dates needed. Pricing includes my flying days at $300 per day as well as 1 day for location scouting the day before the scheduled shoot as needed.

*Make-up Artist can be hired locally or my make-up artist can be flown in with all cost covered and $400 per day plus two travel days at $200/day.
**Shared Release-Allow for the marketing and potential commercial use of the photos including magazines, ads, websites and more. Potential way to recoup shoot cost.
